Purchase Terminals

The Purchase Terminal is a device located in both GDI and Nod bases and is used to purchase vehicles, characters and items. It's appearance is a large, flat square computer with a small keyboard with he building shown on the display, the terminals will still be functional even after the building is destroyed or power to the entire base is cut.
