The Black Hand is an organization within the Brotherhood of Nod. It was originally formed as a covert unit to enforce the teachings of the Brotherhood and were responsible for Nod's wet work.

The Black Hand appear as the main antagonists in the original Renegade campaign and a playable team that replaces GDI in the Nod vs. Black Hand mode.
