The Han Industries AR7 Condor Chaingun is the main weapon for both Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod's basic Officers.

Appearance

The Chaingun has six rotating barrels and three handles, two for wielding the weapon and one on the top to carry it when reloading. Clips are loaded into a big box on the side of the chaingun.

Damage Table

Base Damage Headshot Multiplier Kevlar Armor Multiplier Flak Armor Multiplier Lazarus Armor Multiplier Heavy Armor Multiplier Light Armor Multiplier Aerial Armor Multiplier Building Multiplier MCT Multiplier
8 x3 x0.7 x1.3 x1 x0.06 x0.25 x0.55 x0.0035 x0.525

Full damage will be inflicted only if the target body is struck completely by the bullet.

Higher Veterancy ranks will increase the base damage by a specified multiplier.

Function

The Chaingun rapidly fires high amounts of bullets. One of the best weapons against infantry, it can be "sprayed and prayed" for prolonged periods of time before needing to reload. Advanced infantries will be in trouble against Chaingun fire when they will have to reload earlier. It does little damage to vehicles, and Master Control Terminals, but none to building exteriors.
