The Helipad is the air vehicle production building for both the Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod.

Appearance

The Helipad is a short circular structure with ramps on either side of the landing area. There is a small control building with a door where the Master Control Terminal is located.

Function

The Helipad is the secondary air vehicle production structure for both the Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod. It is tied to air vehicle acquisition on maps where it is part of the base, taking control over air vehicle production from the Weapons Factory or Airstrip. If it is destroyed, the team will lose the ability to purchase air vehicles.
