The Medical Center is capturable Tech Building featured in Fort and Forest.

The Medical Center is a sturdy metal building, having a tower with the flag on the top, and radar dish on the second floor. Players can reach the tower or the roof of the Medical Center via ladders located on the back of the building. A small doorway leads on the front leads inside the building; the capturable Master Control Terminal is inside the back room.

A flag on the top indicates which faction possesses the building. It appears with a cross icon and white while it is neutral, it appears yellow with a GDI symbol added when GDI acquires it, and it appears red with a Nod symbol added when Nod acquires it.

The Medical Center grants additional 50 points of health and a self-health regeneration trickle for all the team's infantry.

Only Engineers and Advanced Engineers can capture the Medical Center. Repair Tools will not last enough to capture it in one magazine; they will need to be recharged once to do so. Note that when the center is captured or neutralized, a message will be broadcasted to everyone, enemy team included, and thus the player capturing the center must exercise caution as an opponent might come to get them.

Since the Medical Center's MCT is located in interiors with only one doorway as possible entrance, players will be safe from sniper fire and can easily watch the doorway if they capture the MCT from the sides.

The Medical Center's effect will certainly give a little advantage in infantry clashes, yet its bonus is not that paramount. Usually control will bounce back and forth if left unattended. Still, all that is needed to defend the Medical Center form lone Engineers is either another Engineer with Remote C4 or a Shotgunner behind the doorway.

Some players might lob some Remote C4s near the Medical Center's MCT, and wait for an opponent to come in order to blow them. If there are unused Proximity C4, one can plant them behind the doorways to blow up unsuspecting opponents and protect the Medical Center.

  • Oddly, explosive barrels, ammunition casings, and several weapons can be found inside the Medical Center.
    • However, the Medical Center is also considered a military bunker; therefore explaining the reason for the stockpiles of armaments inside.
